The objective of the campaign is to effectively position ULA as a proven, trusted partner of the United States military, while emphasizing a record of dependability in supporting military space efforts. The primary goal is to ensure key influencers view the Vulcan program and other offerings as on track – scheduled to be delivered on time, on budget, and ready to meet the military’s needs. Success is setting the foundation for the narrative before other competitors or DC policymakers attempt to define the narrative.
To do this targeted audiences need to be consistently reminded of ULA’s achievements and the incredible, reliable performance of the company’s delivery systems with respect to the Vulcan Centaur program.
